These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the dbet4d website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you") and dbet4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any bets on the dbet4d Platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the personal betting account registered by a User on the dbet4d Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account for wagering and withdrawal purposes.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (lottery) draw, or any other betting market offered by dbet4d.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive offered by dbet4d to eligible Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by dbet4d to confirm the User's age, identity, and payment method ownership.
• "Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp)" is the official currency used for all transactions on the dbet4d Platform.
• "WIB" (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) is the default time zone used for customer service hours, promotional schedules, and live draw timings on dbet4d.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the dbet4d Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. dbet4d operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with Indonesian age-of-majority laws and international responsible gaming standards.
• You are a legal resident of Indonesia and are currently located within Indonesian territory. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are strictly forbidden from registering or placing bets.
• You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform, nor are you listed on any national or international gambling exclusion register.
• You are registering the Account in your own name, for your own personal use. Opening an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or affiliate of dbet4d, nor are you a close family member (spouse, parent, sibling, child) of any dbet4d employee. Employees and their immediate families are prohibited from holding active betting Accounts on the Platform.

2.1 Age Verification

dbet4d takes underage gambling prevention seriously. As part of our mandatory KYC process, all Users must submit a clear photograph of their Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing their full name and date of birth. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source minus any winnings accrued.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create a dbet4d Account, you must complete the online registration form by providing your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Account details and a link to activate your Account.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the dbet4d Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, or attempting to open multiple Accounts using different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. dbet4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all bets placed from such Accounts, and confiscate any funds or winnings associated with duplicate registrations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party, and you must ensure that you log out of your Account after each session, especially when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify dbet4d Customer Support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

dbet4d strongly recommends that all Users enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA provides an additional layer of security by requiring a unique verification code sent to your registered mobile phone number each time you log in. You can activate 2FA from your Account Settings dashboard at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbet4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dbet4d does not accept deposits or withdrawals in any other currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and Rp 20.000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Users may request custom deposit limits by contacting Customer Support.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits made via other supported banks may take up to 15 minutes during normal business hours. If your deposit does not appear in your Account Balance within 30 minutes, please contact Customer Support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Process and KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, dbet4d requires all Users to complete the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must submit the following documents via the Account Verification section of your dashboard:

• A clear photograph of the front and back of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bank account or e-wallet profile).

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours (WIB). Once your Account is verified, you may request withdrawals at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time

Verified Accounts enjoy fast withdrawal processing. Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

dbet4d operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. dbet4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents if suspicious activity is detected. Users who fail to comply with AML verification requests will have their Accounts suspended and their funds held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

dbet4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and accumulator boosts for football betting. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiration dates. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued by dbet4d are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount and/or the deposit amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% deposit bonus up to Rp 500.000 with a 5x wagering requirement means that you must place total bets worth at least Rp 2.500.000 (5 × Rp 500.000) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dbet4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated bets, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior. Examples of bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other Users to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple Accounts, and exploiting software errors or game glitches. Any User found guilty of bonus abuse will have their Account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets placed on the dbet4d Platform are subject to acceptance by dbet4d. dbet4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, before or after the bet has been placed, if we believe the bet was placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or as part of fraudulent or collusive activity. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your Bet History, it is considered accepted and binding.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

dbet4d offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). All sportsbook bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, UEFA, BWF, FIBA, etc.). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

6.3 Live Betting (In-Play Betting)

dbet4d offers live in-play betting on selected sports events. Odds and available markets change in real-time during live events. Due to transmission delays, there may be a short lag between the actual event and the odds displayed on your screen. All live bets are subject to acceptance, and dbet4d reserves the right to void any live bet placed after a goal, point, or significant event has occurred if we determine that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, live dealer games, and slot games offered on the dbet4d Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and are not influenced by dbet4d or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game's information page. If a game malfunctions or experiences a technical error, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Togel (Lottery) Betting

dbet4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) betting markets with live draw broadcasts. All togel results are drawn live and are final. Bets are settled immediately following the official draw result. dbet4d is not responsible for any third-party togel result discrepancies; we settle all bets based on the official draw result as published by the authorized draw operator.

6.6 Maximum Payouts

dbet4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types and markets. Maximum payout limits vary by sport, league, and market type and are subject to change without prior notice. If your potential winnings exceed the maximum payout limit for a given market, your winnings will be capped at the maximum payout amount and any excess stake will be returned to your Account Balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

dbet4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe betting environment for all Users. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We strongly encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and to seek help if they feel their gambling is becoming a concern.

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Cool-Off Periods

If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can self-exclude your Account for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your Account, and you will not receive any promotional communications from dbet4d. 7.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

dbet4d allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, as well as loss limits, to help you manage your gambling budget. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. If you wish to increase a limit, the change will only take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period. To decrease a limit, the change is applied instantly. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbet4d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or mobile device damage, or any other commercial or financial losses. This limitation applies regardless of whether dbet4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dbet4d makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content, odds, or results displayed on the Platform. All bets are placed at your own risk. dbet4d shall not be liable for any errors, delays, interruptions, or technical failures that may affect the availability of the Platform or the processing of bets, deposits, or withdrawals.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. Upon closure, your remaining Account Balance (excluding any active bonuses or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days.

9.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

dbet4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration, opened multiple Accounts, colluded with other Users, exploited software errors, or otherwise abused the Platform. In such cases, dbet4d may confiscate any funds or winnings in your Account and may report the matter to relevant authorities if criminal activity is suspected.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting platforms operating in the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the dbet4d Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
